Andre plays a central role in designing and executing CAZA Connect’s live event strategy, overseeing everything from career fairs and conference activations to branded experiences that connect employers, job seekers, and industry leaders. Drawing on over a decade of success producing large-scale activations for corporate, entertainment, and community clients, he ensures every CAZA Connect event delivers impact, visibility, and a seamless experience.

In addition to his work on events, Andre brings deep expertise in recruitment marketing and employer branding skills that support CAZA Connect’s mission to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity through digital tools, partnerships, and content.

Andre holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, along with professional certifications in digital marketing, behavioral interviewing, and communication.
